Privacy policy

This policy explains what Motion Reference, operated by OFNT/Makesquare, collects and why. Last updated 10 October 2026.

What we collect

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We keep your plan, monthly usage counts for deep searches and agent calls, and the agents you connect over MCP. We also store your last deep search, so repeating it doesn’t use another credit, and a short-lived hourly count of instant searches to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To run your account, enforce plan limits, keep the service secure and answer your messages. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We host on Cloudflare. Search queries are sent to Google’s Gemini API to find matches by meaning and, in deep search, to rank results. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Polar or Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record; we never see your card details. Videos are embedded from their original hosts, such as YouTube and Vimeo, whose own policies apply when they play.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete it at any time by emailing hey@ofnt.website. You can disconnect agents from the MCP page whenever you like.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and the date above.
