These terms cover your use of Motion Reference, operated by OFNT/Makesquare. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated 10 October 2026.

Using the library

Motion Reference is for research and inspiration. The videos belong to their creators and brands; we link to and embed them from their original sources and credit them. Don’t download, re-upload or pass off their work as your own.

Accounts

Keep your account secure and use it yourself. Plans are for individual use. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated scraping or attempts to get around plan limits.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage plan, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Instant search is unlimited, subject to fair use. Monthly allowances for deep searches and agent calls reset each calendar month and don’t roll over. Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record, under their terms.

Agents and MCP

Agents you connect act on your behalf and use your plan’s allowances. Each accepted tool call counts toward your monthly calls. You can revoke an agent at any time.

Skills

Skills listed on Motion Reference are made by their authors and installed from their own repositories, under their own licenses. Review a skill before you install it.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, OFNT/Makesquare isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll let signed-in users know before it takes effect.
